  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items with original packaging and receipt

  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without tags or original packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons

Refund Policy

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • JazzCash: Refund credited to your JazzCash account within 3-5 business days
  • EasyPaisa: Refund credited to your EasyPaisa wallet within 3-5 business days

Refund Amount

  • Full refund for defective or incorrect items
  • Refund minus shipping costs for change-of-mind returns (unless order was above Rs. 5,000)
  • Sale items refunded at purchase price

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Policy

Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item!

  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded
  • Same 30-day window applies
  • One free exchange per order

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? We sincerely apologize. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. We'll arrange free pickup and send a replacement
  4. Or provide a full refund including shipping costs

Return Shipping

  • Orders above Rs. 5,000: Free return shipping with prepaid label
  • Orders below Rs. 5,000: Customer pays return shipping (Rs. 200)
  • Defective items: Free return shipping always
